If you forgot you password or when you are experiencing issues while logging in to the NxtPort Console or Eclic application, you can reset your password.
Click here to open the "Change your password" page and enter the e-mail address linked to your user account.
After clicking the "continue" button, you receive a verification message explaining that you will receive an e-mail with a link. Verify your SPAM inbox in case you don't receive the e-mail.
Click the link in the e-mail you received from NxtPort
Enter a new password in the screen. Be sure to follow the guidelines as presented: at least 8 characters containing at least 1 symbol, 1 number, 1 capital and 1 small letter.
Confirm the password and click on the "Save" button. You are now able to log in again with the new password.
