If you forgot you password or when you are experiencing issues while logging in to the NxtPort Console or Eclic application, you can reset your password.
- Click here to open the "Change your password" page and enter the e-mail address linked to your user account.
- After clicking the "continue" button, you receive a verification message explaining that you will receive an e-mail with a link. Verify your SPAM inbox in case you don't receive the e-mail.
- Click the link in the e-mail you received from NxtPort
- Enter a new password in the screen. Be sure to follow the guidelines as presented: at least 8 characters containing at least 1 symbol, 1 number, 1 capital and 1 small letter.
- Confirm the password and click on the "Save" button. You are now able to log in again with the new password.
