 Problem

As intermediary party, I don’t see a container

 Solution

This can have multiple reasons and following topics could help you to figure out where the container is:

  • Make sure that you are properly registered in both CPOINT and CPU (see link).

  • Make sure that you consult the CPU user interface for containers handled entirely by CPU and consult the SCR user interface for containers partly handled by TMINING/SCR.

  • Contact your contracting party to check where the container is.  The ship agent has visibility across the entire release chain where the commercial right is.

  • NxtPort is not allowed to share commercial sensitive data.
